Smith often receives funding and matching grants based on the involvement of
alumnae, and the way that is measured is the percentage of alumnae who donate, so it is more important that you give even
$5 each year than that you give a big donation to the Alumnae Fund.
Gifts to specific funds may not count toward the Alumnae Fund, so check to see, if you are concerned
about how your donations are counted, and toward what.
In addition to the Alumnae Fund, other donations or dues are invaluable in funding our class--especially for reunion--as
well as your local Smith College Club. Each of those is separate and needs your separate contribution!
Every penny helps:
